The World of Warcraft®: 20 Years of Music event will take place at the Théâtre de Beaulieu in Lausanne, Switzerland

Once purchased, tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In case of a definite cancellation, ticket purchasers will be informed by TICKETINO and Helvepic within a few days after notification by e-mail about the procedure. If the purchase was made at a ticket agency, the money can usually be reclaimed from the same ticket agency in case of cancellation.

Plane

If you plan to travel to Switzerland by plane, there are two major airports:

Geneva (Recommended)

Lausanne can be reached very easily by train from Geneva Airport. The journey time is between 45min and 1h and there are frequent departures. You can find more information and plan your journey on the website of the train company (CFF) (select “Genève-Aéroport” as the starting point of your journey).

Zurich

Lausanne can be reached by train from Zurich Airport. The journey time is longer than from Geneva, around 2h30, and there are frequent departures. You can find more information and plan your journey on the website of the train company (CFF) (select “Zürich Flughafen” as the starting point of your journey).

Train

Switzerland has a very good train network and it’s a very convenient way to travel within the country. Lausanne is very well connected to the train network.  You can find more information and plan your journey on the website of the train company (CFF)

The Théâtre de Beaulieu is located at Av. des Bergières 10, 1004 Lausanne. 

It can easily be reached by public transport, with direct lines from the train station. There nearest bus stops are : 

• Beaulieu : line 2 and 21 
• Beaulieu-Jomini : line 2, 3, 20 and 21

If you come by car, the venue has an underground car park with 500 spaces. Other car park in the vicinity are Vélodrome-Lausanne, Riponne, and Valentin.  

The venue is accessible for people with reduced mobility, with step-free access and elevators. Spaces on the ground floor are reserved for wheelchairs, though their number is limited for safety reasons. These places can be booked on ticketino.com and appear as “PRM” on the seat map. These tickets include a free seat for an assistant companion. To receive your free companion ticket, please contact us at ticket@helvepic.com.

Assistance dogs are welcomed in the venue.

Yes, the venue has several bars that offer drinks and snacks. However, food and drinks are not allowed inside the auditorium. 

No, you cannot bring food or drinks in the venue. However, several bars offer drinks and snacks. 

Yes, a free cloakroom is available. We ask that all bulky items and especially any props are deposited in the cloakroom. We decline all responsibility for any damage that might occur. 

Backpacks and larger bags are allowed but must be deposited in the free cloakroom.
